1. Scope and contact

This general copyright and content complaint channel covers text, covers, illustrations, descriptions, reviews and other allegedly infringing or harmful content on EvoronAI. Rights holders, authorized agents and affected people may submit the information below to support@evoronai.com. Statutory notices, counter-notices and other procedures with specific requirements follow the applicable process; this channel does not limit those rights.

2. Submitting a copyright complaint

Email support@evoronai.com with your name or organization, email, identity or authorization, identification of the protected work, exact links to allegedly infringing content and specific reasons. Explain your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, agent or law and that your information is accurate. You may provide an electronic signature and necessary evidence of rights, without unrelated identity documents or entire confidential contracts.

3. Image and AI-content complaints

For an image complaint, include the book page, source page and disputed attribution or license information, explaining why the license does not apply, information is incorrect or other rights are affected. You need not download or forward allegedly unlawful images. AI generation or public readability does not remove rights in original works, likenesses, privacy or other interests. Identify the specific expression or right involved, rather than only noting that AI was used.

4. Review and action

We review specificity, authorization, context and applicable law and may request details, restrict access, remove content or notify the publisher. Necessary complaint information may be shared with the publisher to resolve the dispute or with other recipients as legally required. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Repeated or clearly false complaints may also be addressed.

5. Objections and appeals

If your work is affected, reply to the notice or contact support with the original link, reference, authorization or other lawful-use basis and an explanation of the error. We review appeals; restoration is not guaranteed or necessarily immediate. Statutory counter-notices with specific formats, declarations or proceedings must follow applicable law separately.

6. Other content concerns

Report privacy exposure, impersonation, harassment or harmful content through the same email, describing links, risk and urgency. Do not redistribute unlawful material to make a report. Contact relevant local authorities or emergency services first for immediate real-world danger.
