On this page
1. Scope
support@evoronai.com is the product-support contact provided by EvoronAI’s individual operator for account access, credits, purchases, refunds, publication, privacy and content issues. You can email without signing in; requests are handled according to the issue and applicable deadlines.
2. Contact email
Email support@evoronai.com. Include “Account”, “Payment/refund”, “Book”, “Privacy” or “Content report” in the subject to help route the request. This is product support, not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
3. Account and usability issues
Provide your account email, time, page URL, steps and necessary screenshots. You can contact us by email even when you cannot sign in. Redact personal information and credentials from screenshots; support does not need your password, verification code or payment key.
4. Purchases, payment status and credits
Provide the order ID if available, payment date, pack, account email and a description. For missing credits after payment, check the original order and receipt before paying again. For usage questions, include the book, time and relevant records without sending a whole private manuscript. See the Refund Policy for conditions and handling.
If the system explicitly reports an unconfigured or unavailable payment service and confirms that no checkout was created and no payment was charged for that attempt, retry later or contact support. For a connection interruption, page timeout or unknown payment status, first check the order and payment-channel records. A network error alone cannot establish whether a charge occurred. Include the error message when contacting support.
5. Response time
We provide an initial response within 3 business days of receiving a support email. An initial response is not completion of an investigation, refund approval or bank settlement. We explain next steps when more information or time is needed. Shorter deadlines required by applicable law remain applicable.
6. Privacy and content requests
For privacy requests, specify the scope of access, correction, export or deletion. For copyright or other content reports, provide public links, the rights basis or specific risk. To appeal, refer to the original action and explain your reasons. We may verify identity, request more information or limit submission of sensitive materials.
7. Following up
Keep your email and order reference and reply in the same email thread when adding information. Investigation, refund approval and bank posting are separate stages. Lack of an immediate reply does not mean approval. Requests with statutory response or processing deadlines are handled under the applicable requirements.
